1 package of spring roll wrappers

1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

1 teaspoon grated ginger

Prepare the Filling:

In a large bowl, combine julienned vegetables, diced tofu, soy sauce, sesame oil, hoisin sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, chopped green onion, salt, and pepper. Toss the ingredients until well combined.

Dip one spring roll wrapper at a time into a bowl of warm water for about 10 seconds until it becomes pliable. Lay it flat on a clean surface.
