- 4 tilapia fillets
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lemon slices and fresh herbs, for garnish
Marinate the Tilapia:
- In a bowl, whisk together the lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. Place the tilapia fillets in the DiamoTech 9.5” Non-Stick Pan and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for about 20-30 minutes.
Sear the Tilapia:
- Heat the DiamoTech 9.5” Non-Stick Pan over medium-high heat. Add a bit of olive oil to the skillet. Remove the tilapia fillets from the marinade and let any excess marinade drip off. Place the fillets in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Once cooked, transfer the Lemon Herb Tilapia fillets to serving plates. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh herbs, such as thyme or parsley, for an extra burst of aroma and color.
- Serve the Lemon Herb Tilapia alongside your favorite side dishes, such as steamed vegetables, rice, or a light salad. The combination of bright lemon and fragrant herbs will leave your taste buds refreshed and satisfied.
