Double-Dipped Air Fried Onion Rings

2 medium eggs

1 teaspoon salt

1.5 cups panko breadcrumbs

2 teaspoons paprika

¼ teaspoon onion powder

¾ cup of all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon black pepper

Splash of buttermilk

 For crispiest results, we strongly suggest using the EaZy MealZ specially designed  9" x 10" non-stick crisper set designed specifically for Air Fryers and Toaster Ovens.

• Mix salt paprika, flour and onion powder in a bowl.
• Mix the breadcrumbs and pepper in another bowl.
• Beat eggs lightly in another dish and add a splash of buttermilk.
• Dip cut onion rings in first bowl, then in egg bowl, then coat heavily in final bowl.
• Place on wire rack for 1 minute, then repeat process.
• Place the rings in the crisper basket and air fry at approx. 370F for 25 mins, flip once half way through.
• When done sprinkle with salt.
• Enjoy!
