Sweet! Sweet Potatoes


Serves 6

3 Sweet Potatoes 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
4 tbsp Butter or Margarine 1 cup Mini Marshmallows


  1. Preheat oberdome to 450°F. Place Reversible Cooking rack on Bottom Pan in the High Position.
  2. Wash Sweet Potatoes and slice in half lenghtwise.
  3. Melt butter or margarine and mix with brown sugar.
  4. Use fork to punch holes on the face of each sliced sweet potato.
  5. Brush each sweet potato face with brown sugar & butter/margarine glaze.
  6. Bake sweet potatoes for 25 minutes. Place mini marshmallows on sweet potato face and bake for 4 more minutes.
  7. Remove from Reversible Baking Rack and enjoy!
