- 4 large portobello mushroom caps
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

- 4 whole-grain burger buns

- 1 red bell pepper, roasted and sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

- In a bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
