Crispy Lemon Dill Catfish Nuggets

Crispy Lemon Dill Catfish Nuggets - Experience the perfect fusion of crunch and zest with Crispy Lemon Dill Catfish Nuggets.   • 1 pound catfish nuggets
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Preheat the Air Fryer:

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Soak Catfish:

  • Soak catfish nuggets in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare Coating:

  • In a bowl, combine cornmeal, lemon zest, chopped dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Coat and Air Fry:
