- For the Miso-Glazed Cod:
- 4 cod fillets
- 3 tablespoons white miso paste
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- For the Stir-Fried Vegetables:
- Assorted vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together white miso paste, mirin, soy sauce, honey, and grated ginger to create the miso glaze.
- Brush the cod fillets with the miso glaze
