  • 8 oz ramen noodles
  • 1 tea boiled egg
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup miso paste
  • 1 cup pork, sliced
  • 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Red pepper flakes (for garnish)


  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions; set aside.
  2. In the wok, sear pork until golden brown.
  3. Add mushrooms and bok choy; stir-fry until tender.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk miso paste with vegetable broth.
  5. Pour miso broth into the wok; bring to a simmer.
  6. Add cooked ramen noodles and toss.
  7. Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with green onions and red pepper flakes.
