Wok-Fired Chicken and Vegetable Pho

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, thinly sliced
  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 8 oz rice noodles
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups bean sprouts
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Lime wedges
  • Sriracha and hoisin sauce (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Wok-sear chicken until browned; set aside.
  2. In the wok, sauté onions until translucent.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Cook rice noodles separately and add to the wok.
  5. Divide noodles into bowls, top with chicken, and ladle hot broth.
  6. Serve with bean sprouts, fresh basil, lime wedges, Sriracha, and hoisin sauce.
