Pan-Seared Salmon in Lemon Butter

Delicious pan-seared salmon cooked in the DiamoTech fry pan

  • 4 (6 oz) Salmon fillets
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


  1. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the DiamoTech fry pan over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
  3. Once the pan is hot, add the salmon fillets, skin-side down, and cook for 3-4 minutes or until the skin is crispy.
  4. Flip salmon, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove salmon from the pan and place it on a plate.
  6. Add butter, garlic, and lemon juice in the DiamoTech fry pan. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until butter is melted, and the sauce is lightly bubbling.
  7. Return the salmon to the DiamoTech fry pan, spooning the sauce over the fillets.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
