Heavenly Ham 'n Cheese Omelet


  1. Whisk 2 XL Brown eggs in mixing bowl,    mix in pinch salt and smidgen of onion powder.
  2. Heat ceramic nonstick fry pan on medium-low heat and melt ½ tbsp butter for taste if you so desire.     
  3. Pour whisked eggs into ceramic nonstick fry pan and reduce heat. When the eggs begin to firm-up on bottom of omelet, move pan around a bit so runny eggs fall around sides of firm eggs.
  4. Flip the omelet which should slide very easily in ceramic nonstick fry pan.
  5. Add 4 or 5 pinches of shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese and ¼ cup diced smoked ham or toppings of your choice, let cook for about 2 minutes.
  6. Fold the omelet and slide out of ceramic nonstick fry pan onto plate.
  7. Garnish with a little color and serve!
