Grilled Caprese Panini - In the embrace of a sun-kissed day, there's a culinary masterpiece that captures the essence of an Italian summer – Grilled Caprese Panini. As the layers of fresh mozzarella, ripe tomatoes, and fragrant basil meet crispy, golden bread, the symphony of flavors unfolds.


  • Ciabatta bread
  • Fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • Ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Prepare the Panini:
    • Drizzle olive oil on both sides of the ciabatta slices.
    • On one side, layer fresh mozzarella, ripe tomato slices, and fresh basil leaves.
    • Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper.
