EaZy Chicken Stir Fry

EaZy Chicken Stir Fry


Serves 3-4

  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thigh meat cut in chunks
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ½ red bell pepper cleaned & chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli florets 
  • ½ small yellow onion chopped
  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 garlic cloves minced


    For best results, we suggest using the DiamoTech 9.5" Fry Pan with Synthetic Diamond Coating.

    1. In 9.5” Fry Pan, set to medium high heat, add 1 tablespoon of oil, Add the chicken, lightly drizzle soy sauce on top of chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Flip and cook an additional 3 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside.



    2. Turn heat to medium and with juices still in Fry Pan, add vegetables and stir for about 3 minutes.



    3. Add chicken back to Fry Pan, lightly drizzle more soy sauce throughout pan, stir for 2 minutes. Remove from stove, add sesame seeds or your favorite garnish and serve!
