EaZy Swirly Coffee Cake

EaZy Swirly Coffee Cake in EaZy MealZ  9" x 10" casserole/bake pan designed specifically for Air Fryers and Toaster Ovens.

 

Ingredients 

(serves 8)

2/3 cup butter

2/3 cup sugar

2 cups flour, unsifted

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 eggs

2/3 cup buttermilk

1/2 cup seedless preserves

Directions

 For best results, we strongly suggest using the EaZy MealZ  9" x 10" casserole/bake pan designed specifically for Air Fryers and Toaster Ovens.

Cream butter and sugar in mixer; add 3/4 cup flour
Blend mixture until it resembles crumbs and reserve 2/3 of this mixture
With remaining portion, add baking powder, salt, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and eggs. Beat until blended. Alternately, add remaining 1.25 cups flour and buttermilk, blending after each addition. Pour into very lightly greased   EaZy MealZ  9" x 10" casserole/bake pan. Drop the preserves by tablespoons in about 4 spots on top of batter. Cut preserves in with a knife. Sprinkle reserved mixture over top. Make sure it sprinkles fairly evenly. Air Fry, 375F for 22 minutes or; bake in toaster or conventional oven 375F for 35 minutes.
