Ingredients:

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup ice-cold water
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Ice cubes

- Panko breadcrumbs
Instructions:
Prepare the Sushi Rolls:
- Prepare the Ingredients:
- Cook sushi rice according to package instructions. Season with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Prepare the sliced avocado, julienned cucumber, carrots, and red bell pepper.
- Assemble the Sushi Rolls:
- Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi rolling mat. Wet your hands to prevent sticking, then spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving about 1 inch at the top.
- Add Fillings:
- Arrange the avocado, cucumber, carrots, and red bell pepper along the bottom edge of the rice. Optionally, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Roll the Sushi:
- Using the bamboo mat, roll the sushi away from you, starting at the bottom edge. Moisten the top edge with a bit of water to seal the roll. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients.
- Slice the Rolls:
