Crispy AF Parm-Gar Chicken Tenders

This fantastic recipe is sure to knock the socks off your company!

Ingredients:

  1. 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken tenders
  2. 1 cup all-purpose flour
  3. 1 teaspoon salt
  4. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  5. 2 large eggs
  6. 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
  7. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  8. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  9. 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  10. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  11. Cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Start by preheating your air fryer/oven to 375°F (190°C).
  1. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, salt, and black pepper. In a second dish, beat the two eggs. In a third dish, combine the Panko bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, dried basil, and dried oregano.
  1. Dredge each chicken tender first in the flour mixture, then dip it into the egg, and lastly coat it in the Panko mixture. Ensure each chicken tender is thoroughly coated at each step.
  1. Arrange the coated chicken tenders into your EaZy MealZ Crisper Basket. Make sure they are not overlapping to ensure even cooking. Depending on the size of your basket, you may need to cook in batches.
  1. Lightly spray the chicken tenders with cooking spray. This will help them get a nice golden color.
  1. Place the crisper basket into your preheated air fryer. Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken tenders and cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). The exact cooking time will depend on the thickness of your chicken tenders.
  1. Once cooked, remove the chicken tenders from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  1. Enjoy your Crispy Air Fryer Parmesan Garlic Chicken Tenders with your favorite dipping sauce!

Notes:

-  Overcrowding will lead to uneven cooking. For Ovens, the EaZy MealZ round Crisper Basket is a bit larger and perfect!

- For Oven-style Air fryers, this EaZy MealZ Crisper is best!

- For smaller Air fryers and Toaster Ovens, this is the EaZy MealZ product that will produce fantastic results!

- Always check the internal temperature of your chicken to ensure it is fully cooked. The safe internal temperature for cooked chicken is 165°F.

- You can easily adjust the recipe by adding your favorite spices or changing the type of cheese used for a different flavor profile
