  2. 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  3. 1 onion, finely chopped
  4. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  5. 1 cup cooked rice (any type you prefer)
  6. 1 cup marinara sauce
  7. 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  8. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  9. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  10. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

 Directions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  1. In a DiamoTech skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until no longer pink. Add the onions and garlic and cook until the onions are translucent.

  1. Spoon the mixture into each bell pepper, filling them up to the top.
  1. Arrange the stuffed bell peppers upright in your EaZy MealZ Crisper Basket. You may need to trim a small slice from the bottom of the peppers if they don't stand straight.
  1. Cook the stuffed bell peppers in the preheated air fryer for 10 minutes.
  1. After 10 minutes, sprinkle the tops of the peppers with the shredded mozzarella cheese and cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  1. Carefully remove the peppers from the air fryer (they will be hot) and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
