Directions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a DiamoTech skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until no longer pink. Add the onions and garlic and cook until the onions are translucent.
- Remove the DiamoTech Pan from heat and stir in the cooked rice, marinara sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper. Let the mixture cool slightly.
- Spoon the mixture into each bell pepper, filling them up to the top.
- Arrange the stuffed bell peppers upright in your EaZy MealZ Crisper Basket. You may need to trim a small slice from the bottom of the peppers if they don't stand straight.
- Cook the stuffed bell peppers in the preheated air fryer for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, sprinkle the tops of the peppers with the shredded mozzarella cheese and cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Carefully remove the peppers from the air fryer (they will be hot) and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
