Air Fry Teriyaki Glazed Salmon with Steamed Broccoli and Brown Rice - Delight in the sweet and savory goodness of Teriyaki Glazed Salmon, served alongside steamed broccoli and wholesome brown rice.   • For the Teriyaki Glazed Salmon:
    • 4 salmon fillets
    • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
    • 2 tablespoons honey
    • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • For the Steamed Broccoli:
    • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • For the Brown Rice:
    • 1 cup brown rice
    • 2 cups water
  • Instructions:
    • Prepare the Teriyaki Glazed Salmon:
      • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
      • In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, grated ginger, and minced garlic to create the teriyaki glaze.
      • Brush the salmon fillets with the glaze, In order to get a perfect flakey finish,  place in your EaZy MealZ Air Fry Crisping Basket and air fry for 10-12 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
    • Steam the Broccoli:
      • Steam broccoli florets until tender-crisp.
    • Cook the Brown Rice:
      • Rinse brown rice under cold water.
      • In a saucepan, combine brown rice and water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 40-45 minutes until rice is cooked.
    • Assembly:
      • Plate the teriyaki glazed salmon on a bed of brown rice.
      • Serve with steamed broccoli on the side.
    • Garnish and Enjoy:
      • Sprinkle sesame seeds over the salmon for an extra crunch.
