Air Fry Cajun Spiced Beef Strips with Corn and Tomato Salsa

Spice up your evening with Cajun Spiced Beef Strips, accompanied by a vibrant Corn and Black Bean Salsa.   • For the Cajun Spiced Beef Strips:
    • 1.5 pounds beef sirloin, cut into strips
    • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the Corn and Tomato Salsa:
    • 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or thawed if frozen)
    • 1 large tomato
    • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
    • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
    • Juice of 1 lime
    • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking Instructions:
    • Season and Marinate the Beef:
      • In a bowl, toss beef strips with Cajun seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Allow it to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
    • Air Fry the Beef:
      • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
      • In order to get the beef to cook tender on the inside and crispy on the outside Air fry the Cajun spiced beef strips for 10-12 minutes in the EaZy MealZ crisper Basket  until cooked through, turning halfway.
    • Prepare the Salsa:
      • In another bowl, combine corn, tomatos, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
    • Assembling:
      • Arrange Cajun spiced beef strips on a platter.
      • Spoon the Corn and Black Bean Salsa over the beef.
