Ingredients

Approximately 12 Biscuits

1 14 cups Cornmeal 2 tsp Baking Powder
34 cup Flour 34 cup Milk
12 cup Dried Cranberries 4 tbsp Butter or Margarine
2 tbsp Sugar 12 tsp Salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place Reversible Cooking rack on Bottom Pan in the High Position.Grease baking pan.In a medium to large bowl, mix cornmeal, our, cranberries, sugar, baking powder and salt until combined. Stir in milk and softened butter until mixed and forms a soft dough.
  2. Drop dough (approx. 14 cup) on prepared baking pan 2 inches apart.
  3. Bake for 11 minutes or until golden.
  4. Cool biscuits slightly to serve warm or completely to serve later!

Note
The Cooling Rack/Trivets are great to use when cooling the biscuits!
