Air Fry Coconut-Crusted Tilapia

Air Fry Coconut-Crusted Tilapia - Tilapia fillets are transformed into golden perfection as they undergo a coconut-infused journey in the air fryer. Dipped in beaten eggs and coated with a tropical blend of shredded coconut, panko breadcrumbs, and a touch of garlic and paprika, these fillets emerge from the air fryer basket with a satisfying crispiness. 


  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs, beaten


Preheat the Air Fryer:

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Coating:

  • In a bowl, combine shredded coconut, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Coat and Air Fry:

  • Dip tilapia fillets in beaten eggs, then coat with the coconut mixture. In order to get it extra crispy,  place in the EaZy MealZ Crisper Basket and cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Garnish and Serve:
