Elevate your snack game with our Air-Fried Veggie Spring Rolls—a delightful blend of crispiness and freshness in every bite. Packed with vibrant shredded cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, and more, these rolls are tightly wrapped in spring roll wrappers and air-fried to golden perfection. 


For the Spring Rolls:

  • 10 spring roll wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • Rice vermicelli noodles, cooked and drained
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For Dipping Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)


  1. Prepare all the veggies and noodles for the filling. Make sure they are well-drained and pat them dry if needed.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Working with one spring roll wrapper at a time, dip it into warm water for about 10-15 seconds until it becomes pliable.
  4. Place the moistened wrapper on a clean surface and layer a small amount of each filling ingredient in the center of the wrapper.
  5. Fold in the sides of the wrapper and then tightly roll it up from the bottom, sealing the edges with a bit of water.
  6. Lightly coat the EaZy MealZ air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the spring rolls in the basket in a single layer, leaving space between them.
  7. Air fry the spring rolls at 375°F (190°C) for about 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
  8. While the spring rolls are air frying, prepare the dipping sauce by whisking together all the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  9. Once the spring rolls are cooked, remove them from the EaZy MealZ air fryer basket  and let them cool slightly before serving.
  10. Serve the Air-Fried Veggie Spring Rolls with the dipping sauce on the side.
